Management of accounting periods. This is the period for which the financial statement is drawn up and usually lasts one year (or 12 consecutive calendar months). Only in exceptional cases can it be shorter (for example, in the event of the company's dissolution), but also longer (this situation can occur when the accounting period is changed from a calendar year to a fiscal year).
The definition of accounting periods is therefore absolutely essential for the correct posting of documents. Make sure they are set up properly and you are working in the desired period.
